Rudianto Thong

Rudianto Thong has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rudianto started their career in 2008 as a Junior Programmer at PT LAPI Divusi, where they worked in a team of two and gained experience in Java-based IDE. In 2008, they also worked as a Head Programmer in Netspoter project at Click IT, developing a web-based portal.

In 2010, Rudianto became the Chief Operating Officer at PT Data Aksara Sangkuriang, where they supervised operational processes, managed software development, and took on multiple roles due to resource limitations. Rudianto then moved on to PT Sangkuriang Internasional in 2008, where they initially worked as a Game Developer for Nusantara Online. Later, they became a Project Manager, responsible for controlling and overseeing various projects, including the implementation of financial core systems and involvement in big projects' tender processes.

From 2012 to 2022, Rudianto worked at DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA. Rudianto held several positions, including IT System Analyst, IT Project Manager, VP Ancillary Solution, and VP Technical Lead. Notably, they transformed the DOKU Payment Gateway Product into Jokul, managed a product called DTU, and developed solutions to support the core business of Payment Gateway.

In 2022, Rudianto joined LinkAja as the VP, Head of Consumer Payment and Core Product Group, where they oversaw various product scopes, achieved significant milestones, and led financial services initiatives. Rudianto then worked as a Product Director at RedDoorz before becoming a Member of the Board of Trustees at apgi in 2022.

Most recently, in 2023, Rudianto joined Digital SawitPro as the VP of Product. Rudianto'sresponsibilities include building a product development team from scratch, sharpening the product vision, and directing the product roadmap. Rudianto is also gaining knowledge of the palm oil industry through direct visits.

Rudianto Thong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have completed several certifications, including "Mindshift: Break Through Obstacles to Learning and Discover Your Hidden Potential (with Honors)" from Coursera and "Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products" from Teachable.
