We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team in the AdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, data analytics, and digital advertising technologies. As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to design, implement, and support custom advertising solutions for our clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client-facing communication skills.

About the role:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Design and develop custom advertising solutions using our proprietary AdTech platform and third-party integrations.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our advertising technology to clients and prospects.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing technical guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting, working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and data analytics.
  • Periodic travel

About you:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in software development/sales engineering/tech support/professional services or similar
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including ad serving platforms, programmatic advertising, and ad tracking mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the AdTech industry or digital marketing is a plus
