Overview:

Digital Turbine is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and be a vital part of our international growth and expansion, focusing on EMEA, and APAC talent. This temporary (maternity leave coverage), hybrid role, will be based in our Petach Tikva office, and will report directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.

About the Role:

  • Partner with regional leaders, hiring managers, and key stakeholders across the business, as a subject matter expert, to strategically develop and consistently deploy effective approaches to source, engage, and hire top talent
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, as a trusted and respected business partner
  • Utilize innovative and effective talent engagement strategies to build and nurture networks of engaged candidates, via active networking, sourcing/outbound recruitment, and employer branding activities
  • Deliver guidance to Hiring Managers across the business on recruitment marketing strategies for new roles, including market trends, insights, and challenges impacting recruitment for their team
  • Manage search progression and candidate data in Lever, ensuring accurate data and reporting is maintained for each search project
  • Conduct regular, recurring meetings with hiring managers / regional leads, and HR partners, and proactively share updates and reports to enable visibility and stakeholder accountability for each search project
  • Communicate effectively with interview teams to ensure efficient preparation prior to and during the interview process
  • Maintain a focus on diversity, and collaborate with the broader TA and People Team on diversity and inclusion initiatives

About You:

  • Strong, recent, relevant experience in research, sourcing, and full lifecycle recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in tech recruitment
  • Demonstrated success in proactively building talent pipelines by sourcing targeted talent through strategic research, outreach, and engagement
  • Highly organized and competent at time management and prioritization
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong (native-level) English-language skills (written & spoken)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever or similar)
  • Excellent research skills with demonstrated success sourcing passive talent in competitive markets, leveraging various methods and channels
  • Collaborative, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and support positive, highly productive partnerships
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and intellectually agile; capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Passionate about delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Proven reputation of successfully closing difficult to fill positions across a wide range of technical and non-technical disciplines
  • Ability and willingness to work during non-local business hours on occasion, to support communications with hiring managers and stakeholders in other geographic regions/time zones
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
