Akash Patel

Akash Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as a Software Development Intern at L&T Infotech, where they developed a Library Management Website. In 2015, they served as a Marketing Intern at Niffler Labs, supervising a team and implementing various marketing strategies. In 2016, Akash held multiple positions, including Web Developer Intern at Dūcō, Graduate Research Assistant at The George Washington University, and Part-time Coding Instructor - Volunteer at Economic Growth DC. At The George Washington University, they coded plugins in SketchUp and developed Matlab code for a psychology experiment. Akash also acted as a Technical Bridge between professors and patent attorneys and represented GWU in startup conferences. At Dūcō, they developed features and hosted web applications using Ruby, HAML, CSS, and JavaScript. At Economic Growth DC, they taught coding to high school students. In 2018, Akash worked as a Technology Consultant at Z3 and SmartVine, where they designed customer experiences and created unified brand experiences. In the same year, they also joined LinkBoost as a Product Manager, developing a Google Chrome extension. From 2017 to 2022, Akash held multiple roles at Wexler, including Senior Product Manager, SEO Manager, Social Media Manager, and Web Developer. Akash managed SEO projects, developed custom websites, and formulated strategies resulting in increased organic traffic and keyword rankings. Currently, Akash is a Senior Product Manager at Digital Turbine, starting in 2022.

Akash Patel completed a Master's degree in Project Management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University from 2015 to 2017.
