James Burks Jr.

James Burks Jr. started their work experience in 2015 as an Applecare Advisor at Apple, where they provided top-rated customer service and resolved technical issues for Apple customers. James then worked as an Associate Editor at Cision from 2017 to 2019, editing press releases for distribution. In 2019, they joined Digital Turbine as a Content Editor, managing their library of O&O content. In 2021, James became a Producer for the Two Guys and a Girl Podcast, where they produced audio episodes and videos for the podcast.

James Burks Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies with a minor in Music from Salisbury University. James completed this program sometime before 2011. In 2015, they enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations, which they completed in 2016.
