Joel Bernarte

Joel Bernarte is currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Digital Turbine since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Brain Corp as the Principal Product Designer from 2019 to 2022, where they focused on developing and designing user-centered robot experiences. Joel also has experience as a Freelance Designer at Bernarte.com from 2018 to present.

Before that, they worked at Qualcomm as a User Experience Designer, Sr. Staff from 2007 to 2018. During their tenure, they developed customer-centered product and concept strategies and partnered with interdisciplinary teams for campaign execution and design system establishment.

Joel's work history also includes being a Senior Visual Designer at Tandberg Television from 2005 to 2007, where they created design solutions for interactive web and television applications. Joel started their career as a Designer at Liberty Livewire ISG from 2000 to 2002 and later joined SkillJam Technologies as a Designer from 2003 to 2005.
