Carlos Toro

Carlos Toro, Ph.D is a Director and Head of Data and Analytics at NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Chile. Carlos oversees a team of 80+ consultants and has a strategic perspective of the team. Carlos is also the Digital Twin Coordinator for LATAM at the Global Innovation Center and a Senior Manager in charge of the Digital Twins team in Chile. Carlos is an inaugural Ambassador for the Digital Twin Consortium and serves as an Expert Reviewer for European funded research projects. With a background in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering, Carlos has extensive experience in leading projects related to CAD CAM Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Engineering, and more.
