Fredrik Kaksonen

Fredrik Kaksonen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector and customer service. Currently serving as Director of Healthcare at Digital Workforce Services Plc since February 2018, Fredrik has held various leadership roles, including Consultant Team Lead and Lead Consultant. Prior to this, Fredrik was the Head of Customer Service at Ambronite Inc and gained foundational experience as a salesman at Teknikmagasinet. Fredrik also held the position of Vice President at Täffä AB, a student-run catering company. Educationally, Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Information Networks from Aalto University, complemented by exchange studies at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Aalto University.
