Fredrik Lindholm Hallin has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Fredrik has held positions in HR and management, with a focus on HR-related processes, laws, and regulations.

Their most recent role was as the Head of People at DigitalTolk, where they were a part of the management team and had overall responsibility for HR-related processes. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People & Culture at Kavall, where they were the VP of HR and responsible for cultivating a positive company culture.

Fredrik also has experience at Netlight, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Manager, Regional HR Manager, and Global HR Business Partner. In these roles, they supported and coached leaders, worked on HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding, and ensured labor law compliance.

Before their time at Netlight, Fredrik worked as an HR Generalist at AUSY, where they handled recruitment, working conditions, labor law, and employer branding. Fredrik also supported the Business Unit Manager in labor law issues and performance management.

Fredrik has experience in leadership roles as well, serving as the Chairman of the Board at Föreningen PiL - Personalvetare i Lund, where they were responsible for the association's operations, strategic planning, and external relations.

Additionally, Fredrik has worked in other roles such as an HR Assistant at Telavox, a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at SATS, and a Receptionist and Chef at Fyrishov.

Prior to their professional career, Fredrik completed their military service with the Swedish Armed Forces.

Fredrik Lindholm Hallin's education history begins with their secondary education at the Graphical Education Center (GUC) from 2000 to 2003, where they focused on Graphic Design. After completing their secondary education, Fredrik pursued further studies in Human Resources Management at Uppsala University from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they did not obtain a degree. In parallel, Fredrik also attended the Swedish Academy Of Fitness Education (SAFE), where they acquired an Occupational license as a Personal Trainer in 2011.

Subsequently, Fredrik enrolled at Lund University School of Economics and Management, where they studied Human Resources and Business law from 2011 to 2013, ultimately earning their Bachelor's degree. Alongside their formal education, Fredrik obtained several certifications to enhance their professional profile. In 2012, they obtained the Map TQ - Shapes - Views: Recruitment Tools certification from the cut-e Group. Additionally, in 2013, they acquired the MAP - measuring and assessing individual potential: Recruitment Tool certification from Assessio. These certifications further demonstrate Fredrik's commitment to professional growth and strengthening their skill set.
