Brittany S. Hale

Brittany S. Hale is the Interim CEO and Chief Operating Officer of digitalundivided, the leading non-profit leveraging data, programs, and advocacy to catalyze economic growth for Latina and Black women entrepreneurs and innovators. A leadership and organizational design expert.

Brittany develops organizational initiatives, retention strategies, and upskilling opportunities to create trustworthy, resilient, and highly engaged communities within digitalundivided. She works closely with the CEO to develop operational systems that allow digitalundivided to gracefully and sustainably scale its activities.

After a full career as an undefeated trial attorney, she pivoted towards providing senior leaders and managers with the tools to make better decisions to grow their businesses. Her multi-hyphenate experience in litigation, politics, and risk management informs her ability to operationalize aspirational values as an organizational design expert. To date, Brittany has been recognized as a Top 20 Millennial in 2021, was appointed by the Governor Murphy to the New Jersey Human Relations Council Executive Committee, developed the first municipal Social Justice Committee in New Jersey, and is a former Obama Organizing Fellow.

Brittany has facilitated courses on managing human behavior within organizations at Columbia University and on dismantling destructive systems within the workplace within the New Leaders Council Fellowship. She is currently a 92Y Women inPower Fellow. Brittany holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Rutgers University-Newark Honors College.
