Jordyn Weaver

Jordyn Weaver is the Program Manager of the START and BIG programs at digitalundivided, the leading non-profit leveraging data, programs, and advocacy to catalyze economic growth for Latina and Black women entrepreneurs and innovators. The goal is to create a greater world where all women of color own their work and worth.

As the Manager of Programs, Jordyn works with founders on the operational resources needed to succeed. In the START and BIG programs, founders learn how to build a team, develop an operational structure, and learn about investment vehicles and terms to fuel exponential growth through the Lean Startup model. digitalundivided's programming is the only one that tailors Lean Startup methods to be culturally relevant for Latinas and Black women founders.
