Jessalin Lam (林 子 明)

Jessalin Lam currently holds the position of Vice President, Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Digitas Health. Jessalin is also an author, co-authoring "The Visibility Mindset: How Asian American Leaders Create Opportunities and Push Past Barriers." In addition, Jessalin serves as an Advisory Board Member at The Rise Journey, a #IamRemarkable Facilitator at g.co/IamRemarkable by Google, and Co-Founder of Asians In Advertising. Previous roles include VP Member Development and Diversity at IAB, Director at TBWA\Worldwide, and Learning & Development Manager at 4A's. Jessalin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing/Advertising and Graphic Communications from Baruch College.
