Deepti Mishra

Deepti Mishra has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Deepti started their career as a Career Counsellor at Brilliant Tutorials Pvt Ltd in 2010, where they provided counseling to students and assisted in promotional activities. Deepti then worked as a Team Leader at Fidelity National Information Services from 2011 to 2017, where they focused on metrics delivery and building strong client relationships. After that, they served as a Senior Team Leader in Client Servicing at MattsenKumar LLC for a year, where they supported the marketing team and acted as a contact point for client requirements. In 2018, they joined Veracitiz Solutions Private Limited as a Business Development Manager, responsible for sales efforts and CRM management. In 2019, they became an Immigration Consultant at Y-Axis Overseas Careers, counseling clients and achieving monthly targets. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Digitup, overseeing and managing various departments, and evaluating financial statements to enhance profitability.

Deepti Mishra obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur between 2005 and 2008. Deepti also has additional certifications in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn and a Post Graduate Program in Strategic Digital Marketing from Great Learning, both of which were obtained in 2023.
