Terri Sponaugle has been working in the IT field since 1988, when they began their career at Hewlett-Packard as an IT Requirements Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for managing requirements for multiple software development projects, working with clients to define and prioritize enhancements and changes, and developing a release plan for implementation utilizing an agile scrum process. In 2018, they joined Dignari, LLC as an IT Requirements Specialist, Business Analyst, and PMP.
Terri Sponaugle obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Marketing from Ashland University. In October 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Terri also holds an Open, Honest, and Direct Certified Leader (Level 1) certification from Raise The Bar Consulting.
