Rebecca Dyer

Rebecca Dyer is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with significant experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Dignity Plc since August 2020, Rebecca has previously held various roles including Resourcing Business Partner and Resourcing Specialist. Prior to Dignity Plc, Rebecca worked at Digital Gurus as a Key Account Development Manager, and gained valuable expertise as a Technology Specialist at Rethink Group. Rebecca's earlier career includes positions as a Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures Solutions and Adecco UK, as well as an HR Officer at Birmingham City Council. Education was completed at St. Paul's School for Girls from 1998 to 2005.
