George Marie

VP of Marketing at Diib

George Marie has a wide range of work experience in various fields. From 2011 to 2015, George Marie worked as a Student Researcher at the University of Utah. During this time, they were also a Self-Employed Freelance Writer/Editor, providing website articles and business reviews. In 2009, George Marie was an Adjunct Instructor and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Utah School of Music, where they developed ear training software and taught courses for the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence. In 2015, George Marie joined diib as the VP of Marketing, and later took on the role of Solution Writer.

George Marie has a diverse educational background, beginning with their high school diploma from Washington High School in 2001. George then attended Drake University, where they earned a Bachelor of Music degree with elective studies in Business in 2005. George went on to the University of Iowa, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Music Composition (Electronic Music) in 2008. Finally, George Marie completed their education at the University of Utah, where they earned a Ph.D. in Music Composition in 2013. In addition, George Marie has obtained a number of certifications from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in 2022, including Shopping Ads Certification, Google Ads - Measurement Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
