Maddy Saizonou

Maddy Saizonou has been working in the technology industry since 2017. In that time, they have held a number of positions, including Production Specialist at ICU Medical from 2017 to 2020, Technical Help Desk Specialist at Capgemini in 2021, and currently Technical Support Specialist -Robotics at Diligent Robotics since 2022. At Austin Community College, they held the role of Internship Trainee, where they sourced, tracked, and evaluated students for open positions, managed agency Discord server accounts, and used specialized computer software for video editing purposes. Additionally, while working as an Information Technology Intern at HACA, they handled over 50 technical support phone calls daily and resolved diverse range of technical issues across different operating systems.

Maddy Saizonou has a diverse educational background. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Universit\u00e9 d'Abomey-Calavi. Maddy then obtained a Certificate from Generation USA in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services in 2019. In the same year, they also obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Austin Community College, as well as a Certificate LAN / Scolastic Leadership and an Occupational Skills Award, both in Computer Science. In 2022, Maddy obtained a Certificate from Maddy Build Cloud in Computer Science, and a Certificate from Generation USA in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Maddy also obtained a Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022.
