Sofi Hoysal

Sofi Hoysal currently serves as the VP of People at Diligent Robotics, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sofi was the Director of People at Migo from June 2021 to April 2023 and also held the same title at Skylo Technologies from August 2020 to May 2021. Sofi's extensive experience in human resources includes leadership positions at Tala (formerly InVenture), where roles included Director of People Business Partnership and Head of People from September 2016 to August 2020, as well as Head of People & Minister of Culture at BrightCurrent from January 2013 to September 2016. Earlier in the career, Sofi worked as a Climate Action Associate at UC Santa Barbara in early 2012. Sofi holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
