Damon Dimmick

Damon Dimmick has an extensive work experience in product design, user experience, and management roles. Damon is currently serving as the SVP of Product Design & UX at Diligent Corporation since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Endurance International Group as the VP of Product Management & UX, leading the Product Management & UX organizations for brands like Constant Contact, Bluehost, HostGator, and Domain. Damon has also held roles such as Sr. Director and Director of Product Design & UX at Endurance International Group.

Before their time at Endurance International Group, Damon worked at Constant Contact as a Sr. Product Design Manager / User Experience. Damon also served as the Director of UX and Design at a confidential company.

Prior to that, they worked at Monster Worldwide, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Global User Experience (Acting Director) and Manager of Interaction Design, Global UX. Damon also worked as a Sr. Interaction Designer at Monster and as a User Interface / User Experience Architect at SitePen, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Damon served as a Web Administrator and Interaction Designer at Switch and Data Inc on a contract basis. Damon also worked as the Marketing Manager & Web Manager at GSP Marketing Technologies Inc and as a Web Manager/Developer and Graphical User Interface Architect at Infinite Computer Solutions on a contract basis.

Throughout their career, Damon has demonstrated their expertise in product design, user experience, management, and web development, contributing to the success of various organizations.

Damon Dimmick has a Certificate in Business Administration - Computer Management Systems / Personnel Administration from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, obtained in 2001. Damon also has a B.A in Political Science and Clinical & Social Psychology from the University of Rochester, obtained in 2001. In addition, Damon has a Certification as a Scrum Master from The Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2013.
