Louise Kerr

Louise Kerr is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, human resources, and people engagement. Currently serving as the People and Engagement Lead at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since January 2023, Louise previously held the position of Learning Manager at Phoenix Group from August 2021 to January 2023. Louise's extensive career at Sky from 2003 to December 2020 included roles such as Regional Operations Manager L&D, Delivery Manager L&D, Training Delivery Leader, and Senior Trainer. Louise holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with HRM, Business Administration, Management and Operations, and Human Resources from Edinburgh Napier University, as well as a high school education from Linlithgow Academy.
