Michael Holland

Michael Holland has over 27 years of experience in the IT sector, primarily with Dillard's Inc. since May 1996, where Michael currently serves as the Middleware System Administrator Team Lead, overseeing a team of three in an evolving role with increasing responsibilities. Previously, Holland has held various roles including Middleware System Administrator, System Analyst, and Storage Administrator, while initially starting as an Operations Analyst. Prior to Dillard's, Holland worked as the Games Director at Magic Springs, managing staff and equipment in the gaming division. Holland holds a degree in Information Technology with concentrations in Computer Science, Math, and Physics from Henderson State University.
