Phillip Watts

Phillip Watts is currently serving as the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Dillard's since November 2014. Prior to this position, Phillip held various roles at Dillard's including Vice President - Tax, Director of Tax, and Federal Tax Manager. Phillip also worked at Walmart from 1991 to 1994 in the State Income Tax division.
