Sierra Chase

Sierra Chase is an experienced professional in the retail and fashion industry, currently serving as the Lancôme Brand Lead at Dillard's Inc. since September 2019. In this role, Sierra focuses on strengthening client relationships and educating the cosmetics team on new Lancôme products. Previously, Sierra worked as a Sales Associate at Monét Noir, showcasing a passion for diverse fashion brands, alongside earlier roles at Dillard's and a summer internship as a Career Closet intern at Kansas State University. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Apparel and Textiles Marketing from Kansas State University, where involvement included serving as a student ambassador and engaging with prospective students.
