Adam Jakus

Co-Founder & CTO at Dimension Inx

Adam believes that advanced materials and manufacturing are the future of medical technologies and patient treatment. This drives him to push the development and translation of new technologies, while also supporting academic and workforce education and standards development. He has over 15 years of materials design and development experience, and he has become a globally recognized leader in the emerging biofabrication and tissue engineering fields. Prior to co-founding Dimension Inx, Adam was a Hartwell Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University, where he also completed in Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) and was named a Department of Defense Graduate Research Fellow. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, after receiving his B.S. and M.S. in MSE from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
