Kieran Siao has a diverse work experience in the field of renewable energy and environmental planning. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Researcher at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, conducting experiments in marine ecology. In 2010, they worked as a Researcher at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where they focused on phycoremediation experiments.
In 2011, Kieran held multiple internships, including one at O'Brien & Gere as an EcoScience intern and another at the City of Syracuse as an intern in the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. Their responsibilities at the City of Syracuse included researching environmental review procedures and aiding in grant writing for brownfield remediation projects.
From 2011 to 2015, Kieran worked as an Environmental Scientist at CH2M HILL, gaining experience in the field. In 2015, they joined SolarCity as an Environmental Permitting Analyst and later became an Environmental Permitting Project Manager.
In 2017, Kieran transitioned to Tesla, where they initially worked as a Project Manager for siting and environmental permitting. They later became a Senior Project Manager in Utility Energy Products Deployment.
Most recently, Kieran has been working at Dimension Renewable Energy since 2019. They first served as a Senior Project Development Manager, later becoming a Senior Director of Development. As of 2023, they hold the position of Vice President of Development at the company.

Kieran Siao completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Watershed Science from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. The degree was obtained between the years 2007 and 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Kieran Siao became a Certified Wetland Delineator through Rutgers University in November 2012. Additionally, in September 2012, Kieran obtained a 40-Hour Hazardous Site Worker certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
