Aşkınsu Kış currently serves as an Organizational Development Specialist at Dimes A.Ş. since July 2021, where responsibilities include organizational structure development, workload and shift planning analysis, job description writing, compensation and benefits management, and HRIS management, alongside overseeing HR digitalization projects.
