Uğur Gürses

Uğur Gürses is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing information technology systems across various sectors. Since May 2022, Uğur has served as the Director of Information Technology at Dimes A.Ş., after holding the same position at Anel Group from February 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing IT systems for over 600 users, managing a team of 15 employees, and leading significant projects like SAP ERP. Prior to this, Uğur held the Chief Information Officer role at Eren Holding from April 2005 to July 2018, where Uğur managed IT infrastructures serving over 1,500 users and led various high-budget initiatives. Uğur began the career as an Information Technology Engineer in 1999 at Eren Holding and later progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming a key figure in strategic IT decision-making across multiple organizations. Uğur holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Marmara University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Trakya University.
