Yashoda Sharma

Program Director at Digital Medicine Society (DiMe)

Yashoda Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of medical research and project management. Yashoda is currently working as a Program Director at Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) since 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, Yashoda worked at the Community Health Center as a Senior Research Scientist, where they led the All of Us research program. From 2013 to 2018, they served as an Administrative Project Manager at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, overseeing various projects in genetics and genomics. Before that, from 2008 to 2013, they worked at Yale University School of Medicine as a Project Administrator, where they contributed to translational and clinical research. Yashoda started their career as a Project Manager at The Jackson Laboratory in 2007, where they worked on developing a mouse model for premature birth.

Yashoda Sharma holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Skidmore College. Yashoda also pursued further education at the University of Iowa, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences. Additionally, Yashoda has obtained several certifications, including "Applied Digital Health Ethics" from the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) in June 2023, "Fast Track to Digital Clinical Trials: Pharma Edition" from DiMe in June 2023, and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in July 2018.
