Chas Rampenthal

Chas Rampenthal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chas is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Dinari since January 2022. Prior to this role, from January 2020 to October 2021, they held the position of Segment Leader & Head of Industry Relations at LegalZoom. Chas then became the General Counsel at LegalZoom from October 2003 to June 2020.

Before joining LegalZoom, Chas worked as a Talk Radio Host at ClearChannel Communications from January 2007 to April 2009. Chas also founded EndeavorLegal and served as its Founder from October 2002 to September 2003. Additionally, they worked as a Business Practice Attorney at Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP from April 2000 to September 2002 and as a Litigation Attorney at Thelen Reid & Priest, LLP from September 1998 to March 2000.

Chas Rampenthal began their professional career in the US Navy, where they served as a Naval Aviator, specifically as a P-3C Orion Plane Commander based out of Moffett Field, CA. Chas also worked as a Navy Recruiter in St. Louis, MO. Their tenure in the US Navy lasted from May 1987 to December 1994.

Chas Rampenthal completed their Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Economics and Math at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1992 to 1994. Chas then pursued further education at USC Gould School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from 1995 to 1998.
