Nolan Begaye, M.Ed, currently serves as the Dean of Enrollment & Student Financial Services (Registrar) at Coconino County Community College since January 2024, after holding various roles at Dine' College from October 2016 to December 2023, including Adjunct Faculty, Director of Student Enrollment & Student Access, Financial Aid Manager, and Financial Aid Officer. Dine' College (formerly Navajo Community College), the first of 30 tribal colleges, is a public (and accredited) institution of higher education chartered by the Navajo Nation. The mission of Dine' College is to apply the Sa'ah Naagha'i Bik'eh Hozhoon principles (a Navajo Four-Directions, Four-Worlds model) to advance quality student learning through Nitsahakees (Thinking), Nahata' (Planning), Iina' (Living), and Siih Hasin (Assuring). It both helps preserve Dine' (Navajo) tradition and prepare students for the modern workforce in mainstream America and the emerging Global Village.
