Nahuel Rodriguez is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Culinary Director and Director of Culinary Development at DineAmic Hospitality since October 2021. Prior to this, Nahuel held the position of Culinary Manager at Parker Restaurant Group from May 2021 to October 2021 and worked as Regional Culinary Manager at the same company from August 2018 to February 2021. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Chicago Cut Steakhouse and Rosebud Restaurant Group, as well as Executive Sous Chef at MIKE DITKA'S - CHICAGO, LLC. Nahuel's culinary career began with Executive Chef positions at Rosebud Restaurants, Inc. and Carmine's. Nahuel holds a degree in Professional Gastronomy from Escuela De Gastronomia Tomas Sanchez in Cordoba, Argentina.
