Steve Dykema

Steve Dykema has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Steve started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Levy Restaurants in 2012, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Siena Tavern as a Restaurant Manager for a brief period of nine months. Steve then transitioned to The Bandit, a part of the DineAmic Group, where they served as a General Manager from 2019 to 2022. In 2015, they became an Assistant General Manager and Manager at Bar Siena, also a part of the DineAmic Group. Steve's most recent role is the Operations & Development Manager at DineAmic Hospitality, a position they held from 2022 to the current time. Since March 2023, they have been the Associate Director of Operations at DineAmic Hospitality.
