James Defilippo

James DeFilippo possesses diverse experience spanning over two decades across education, event management, and military service. As a Substitute Teacher for The Diocese Of Rockford since August 2018, James has guided and supported over 300 students in multiple K-8 schools, focusing on academic and personal development. In a concurrent role as a Brand Associate with US Event Management since June 2016, James has successfully increased sales by over 25% while representing various beer and wine brands in Illinois and Wisconsin. Prior military service includes 15 years in the US Air Force Reserve as an Advisor, where James managed re-enlistments and led team-building exercises with an impeccable safety record. Additional teaching experience includes tutoring at Milwaukee Area Technical College and serving as a Substitute Teacher with Milwaukee Public Schools.
