Frank Tsay

Frank Tsay has extensive experience in analog circuit design, debug, characterization, and release for various products in the field of power management, standard linear products, sensors, and motor drivers. With a strong background in bipolar, BiCMOS, and CMOS analog IC design, Frank has worked at Diodes Inc since August 2009 as a Senior Analog Design Engineer. Prior to that, Frank was Senior Design Engineer/Design Manager at Texas Instruments for over 20 years, focusing on high-speed data converters and DRAM products. Frank holds a Ph.D and MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a BSEE in Communication Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
