Jorge N.

Jorge N. has extensive work experience in executive roles in various companies. Jorge began their career at Rhodia, where they served as President of Perfumery and Specialties, overseeing global operations and driving business growth. Jorge then moved on to become the Senior Vice President of the Consumer Health division at Rhodia, responsible for the company's P&L and overseeing manufacturing facilities in multiple countries.

Jorge later joined Petroflex as the CEO, where they successfully led the company's turnaround and facilitated its acquisition by Lanxess GmbH. At Lanxess GmbH, Jorge served as the Functional Chemicals Business Unit Leader, responsible for a $300M+ global business and reporting directly to the board of directors. Jorge also held the role of Tire and Specialty Rubber Business Unit Leader at Lanxess, managing a $2.0 billion global business with manufacturing sites across the world.

Most recently, Jorge served as the Chief Executive Officer of ARLANXEO, a leading high-performance elastomers company with significant sales and a large employee base. Jorge is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Dipharma Francis S.r.l.

Jorge N. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Process Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, spanning from 1970 to 1975.
