Gavin Buckle

Gavin Buckle is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and change communications across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Internal Communications at Diploma PLC since October 2025, Gavin previously held significant roles at Kingfisher plc and B&Q, including Leadership Communications Lead and Internal Communications Lead. With a strong background in change management, Gavin has successfully developed and implemented communication strategies at multiple companies, including Unilever and Nedbank. Gavin's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from the University of Johannesburg.
