Natalie Casstles is a communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, PR, and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at Rolls-Royce SMR since September 2022, Natalie's career includes roles such as Internal Communications Lead UKIRL at Danone, Issue & Crisis Manager for Europe at Reckitt, and Internal Communications Manager at Danone.
