Jacob Kariampally has over 8 years of experience in customer success, technical sales, account management, implementation, and consulting. Jacob began their career in 2013 as a Technical Sales Engineer and Account Manager at Schlumberger. In this role, they supported one of the division’s largest and most strategic accounts while developing technical and operational solutions. Jacob managed customer relationships, providing tailored solutions for client needs, increasing efficiency and growing revenue. Jacob produced annual revenues of $150M providing dedicated account support, tailoring services to meet customer needs, accomplishing customer objectives, and increasing sales revenue, enabling maximum value for all parties. Jacob then moved into a Field Engineer role, managing operations of stimulation crews comprising more than 15 employees, and developing relationships with client operational teams. Jacob championed new technology across North America, guiding product development, and implementation. Jacob enabled over $15M in annual savings through development, implementation and management of new technology products, with custom solutions to meet client needs, improving efficiency and reducing resource utilization by 80%. Lastly, Jacob worked as an Engineering Specialist, where they grew business opportunities, by developing and selling innovative technology solutions for clients within the well stimulation domain, enabling revenue growth under challenging market conditions. Jacob managed new technology development, designing product specifications and technical requirements based on customer needs assessment, and engaged internal stakeholders to enable successful solution development. Jacob also hosted product demonstrations, and promoted value adding services with technical and persuasive discussions, and authored technical documents including patent applications, technical manuals and case studies. In 2020, Jacob began seeking new opportunities and challenges. Jacob is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Dipole Digital, a role they have held since 2021.
