Alexandra Mokris

Alexandra Mokris is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management, currently serving as the Director of CRM at Diptyque Paris since January 2020, where Alexandra has also held the titles of Senior CRM Manager Americas and CRM Manager Americas. Prior experience includes roles at David Yurman as CRM Assistant Manager and CRM Specialist, and at Approche Sur Mesure as Account Manager and E-Commerce Customer Care Specialist. Alexandra's earlier career includes positions at rag & bone as a Merchandising Intern, Louis Vuitton as Public Relations Seasonal Staff, and various internships in public relations and marketing. Alexandra began her career in retail at LF Stores and Marshalls Distribution Center. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
