Project Engineer at Direct Line

Kristine Crippen, EIT has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kristine started their career in 2010, working as a Nuclear Machinist Mate for the United States Department of Defense until February 2017. Following this, they worked at CoreSite as a Facilities Technician from February to October 2017. Kristine then joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Engineering Operations Technician from November 2017 to February 2019.

In 2019, Kristine joined Digital Realty as an Engineer from February to August, before transitioning to their role as a Student at Old Dominion University from August 2019 to December 2020. Kristine continued gaining experience in the field by working as a Staff Engineer at GORDON from December 2020 to September 2021, and as a Civil Engineering Intern at the same company from June to December 2020.

Most recently, Kristine worked as a Project Engineer at AH Environmental Consultants from September 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Project Engineer at Direct Line Global starting from June 2022.

Kristine Crippen, EIT, has a diverse education history. Kristine obtained a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University in 2023. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering Technology at the same university. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, Kristine attended the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), where they studied Nuclear/Nuclear Power Technology/Technician.

In terms of certifications, Kristine obtained their Engineer In Training (EIT) certification from NCEES in October 2021. Kristine also holds a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, which they obtained in February 2022.
