Valerie Wilson

As the Physician Resources Manager for Philips Telediagnostic Management Solutions, providing management services for Direct Radiology PLLC, Valerie is responsible for all aspects of Physician Resources including physician recruitment, onboarding processes, compliance, retention efforts and providing overall support to Direct Radiology PLLC’s talented physicians who serve the company’s teleradiology customers.

Valerie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Idaho, and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Before joining the Philips Telediagnostic Management Solutions team, Valerie served as the Director of Human Resources at a local radiologist-owned full- service imaging center for over 13 years where she managed all of the physician recruitment, onboarding and retention efforts.
