Carrie Hartman, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and management. Carrie began their career as an Associate Recruiter at Adecco RPO in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Carrie then joined Swan Pointe Care Center/Ridgewood Manor as a Business Office Coordinator for two years.
In 2012, Carrie moved to yB Management, where they served as a Benefits Administrator until 2014. Carrie then joined Directions Credit Union as a Benefits Manager, responsible for managing employee benefits programs. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of HR/Training and Development, where they oversaw both HR and training functions. Recently, in September 2021, they took on the role of VP of Human Resources at Directions Credit Union.
