Scarlett Aiello

Scarlett Maag (Aiello) serves as the Director of Staff at Directive since June 2021, where responsibilities include providing executive support to CEO Garrett Mehrguth and managing cross-functional projects. Previously, Scarlett acted as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Power Crunch, responsible for high-level administrative functions, project management, and stakeholder engagement, alongside roles such as Community Marketing Manager at the same company and Social Media Marketing Manager at Avec Les Filles. Additional experience includes a position as Digital Content Creator at SunSeaScar, focusing on wellness and fashion, and membership with The Chief of Staff Association. Scarlett holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance from UC Santa Barbara and has a diverse background in marketing, project management, and administrative support in various industries.
