Kelli Brown

Director, Client Services at DirectPath

Kelli Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kelli began their career at ING in 1998 as a Multi Life Manager and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they served as an Underwriting Manager at Financial Designs. Kelli then joined HighRoads in 2008, where they held multiple roles including Solutions Manager - Technical Services/Solutions Architect and Manager, Professional Services/ Principal Implementation Consultant. Kelli'sresponsibilities at HighRoads involved defining technical strategies, designing and implementing scalable solutions, and providing technical expertise during all phases of implementation. In 2015, Kelli joined Enrollment Advisors, LLC (now DirectPath) as a Solutions Manager and later transitioned to DirectPath in 2016. Kelli started as a Manager, Client Services and currently holds the position of Director, Client Services. Kelli'srole involves managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Kelli Brown attended Colorado State University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
