Mathilde Byskov

Mathilde Byskov is an experienced professional in green diplomacy, climate policy, and humanitarian innovation. Currently serving as a Special Advisor at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs since January 2022, Byskov has also been an Emergency Roster Member for the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection since May 2015. Byskov's previous roles include Head of Secretariat and Board Member at TechVelopment Denmark, Board Member of the Norwegian Danish Chamber of Commerce, and Head of Partnerships at BRIGHT Products, where significant contributions were made to the distribution of solar products to refugee families. Byskov's consultancy work has focused on sustainable business opportunities related to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, and Byskov holds a Master's degree in International Development and Social Entrepreneurship from Roskilde University.
