Sami al-Buainain

Sami Al-Buainain is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the HR Center of Excellence Executive Director at Diriyah Company since January 2024, Sami previously held the position of HR Center of Excellence Director at Diriyah Gate Development Authority from January 2022 to January 2024. Prior to this, Sami was the Human Resources Director at AlHaya Medical Company Ltd. and spent over 16 years at SIPCHEM in various senior HR roles, including Senior Manager of HR Excellence. Sami began the HR career at Altrad Services KSA, progressing through roles as HR Specialist and Manager. Sami holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Long Beach.
