Stuart Hawkins

Stuart Hawkins has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Stuart currently holds the position of Technology Infrastructure Project Director at Diriyah Gate Development Authority, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Arup from 2015 to 2023, serving as the Digital Leader for North West and Yorkshire from 2019 to 2023, and as the Digital Leader for Middle East from 2015 to 2019. Stuart also held the role of Director of Technology Programme Management at Dubai Airports from 2015 to 2018, where they managed various projects such as the airport campus network upgrade and the planning and migration of IT services. Stuart Hawkins has a BSc in Psychology and Biological Sciences from the University of Dundee. Stuart also obtained a Basic Conversational Arabic certification from the Arabic Language Institute in 2013. Additionally, they completed the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner course at the British Chambers of Commerce in 2006. In 2019, Stuart Hawkins became a Chartered Project Management Professional through the Association of Project Management.
