Ryan Kandell

Ryan Kandell is a seasoned operations and technical manager with extensive experience in large-scale event production and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Envision Festival and Dirtybird, Kandell oversees operational planning, budgeting, and the coordination of over 400 employees for Envision Festival. As Technical Operations Manager at Do LaB, Inc., responsibilities include managing power and fuel for Lightning in a Bottle Festival. Kandell's background also includes leadership roles in various festivals, including managing power infrastructure for Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival and serving as CEO of Mindful Massive, a logistics and technology company. Educational credentials include a degree in Arts Management and Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.
