April Chamberlin started their career as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart in December 2014 and worked there until August 2017. April then joined County Homemakers, Inc. in August 2017 as a Regional Service Coordinator, where they ensured compliance with laws and regulations, monitored office growth/decline, and analyzed various reports. In May 2019, they started working at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an Administrative Support Associate, responsible for hiring, training, and payroll. April then progressed to the role of Scheduling & Staffing Administrator, managing scheduling, staffing, training, and payroll tasks. After that, they became a Department Supervisor in Flooring/Home Decor, managing sales pipelines, providing customer service, and coaching associates. In July 2021, they were promoted to Merchandising Assistant Store Manager, accountable for sales and margin goals, leading a team, and setting clear goals. In September 2022, they moved up to Specialty Assistant Store Manager, teaching selling models, analyzing execution gaps, and overseeing project quotes. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Disabled Veteran Solutions since July 2023. Alongside their professional career, they also own Unique Geek Customs, an e-commerce retailer specializing in handmade resin art, clay jewelry, and curiosities.

April Chamberlin attended Warren Area High School from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. In 2022, they enrolled at Purdue Global and is expected to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Pennsylvania Notary from the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.
