Kaouther Harbi

Kaouther Harbi is a scientific developer at Discngine since July 2022, with previous experience as a Master 2 intern at SciLifeLab focused on RNA 3D structure prediction using deep learning. Kaouther completed a Master 1 internship in bioinformatics at IBDML, analyzing mitochondrial expression profiles during aging. Prior roles include database management at CAWTAR, contributing to gender studies, and an engineering internship at CNRS on the energy metabolism of the hyperthermophilic bacterium Aquifex aeolicus. Additional internships involved horticulture techniques at INRAT and research on plant protection and infection control at Institut Pasteur de Tunis. Kaouther holds a Master’s in Bioinformatics from Aix-Marseille University, a CIVIS exchange program in bioinformatics from Stockholm University, and an engineering degree in industrial biology from INSAT.
